Searching Intelligently Training In-Person
Searching for new faculty is one of the most importance activities for any University community. So how do we make sure that we are casting the broadcast net to recruit and hire the best candidate? Grounded in the principles of CIQ, this mandatory course for faculty search committee members reviews SMU's faculty search model; offers insights for strengthening the networking and candidate cultivation process; and evaluating candidates.
