Motivating Pre-Class Preparation - Strategies to Increase Student Engagement with Readings In-Person / Online
This session explores practical strategies to motivate students to complete pre-class readings. It covers incentive design, low-stakes accountability tools, and ways to connect readings to in-class value. Participants will learn evidence-based techniques to improve preparation, engagement, and the overall effectiveness of active learning environments.
