Observe a Teaching Award Winner - Squirrel Eiserloh In-Person

You're invited to observe Squirrel Eiserloh, recipient of the Provost Teaching Recognition Award, for a session of HGME 6121 – Math and Physics for Games I.

Math and Physics for Games I provides a foundation in the mathematical concepts and techniques used in real-time 2D and 3D game programming. Topics include game physics, rendering, gameplay, vectors, affine transformations, numerical integration, collision detection, interpolation, and coordinate spaces.

This is a graduate class with approximately 30 students.

During this session, students will explore simple 2D rotations using polar coordinates. The lesson emphasizes building visual intuition through extensive whiteboard illustrations before introducing mathematical notation and terminology in a practical context.

The instructor will introduce you and provide context for the session.

Please note that you will receive an Outlook calendar invite with the class location after registering.
