You're invited to observe Mark Kerins, recipient of the Altshuler Distinguished Teacher Award, for a session of FILM 3304 Intermediate Production.

Intermediate Production builds on the skills developed in FILM 1304 and FILM 2304, taking a deeper look at the creative and technical aspects of cinematography and sound design. Students learn to develop visual and aural designs that support cinematic storytelling while gaining experience with professional cameras, lighting, grip, audio equipment, and industry-standard color and sound design software.

This is an undergraduate class with up to 15 students.

During this session, students will practice exterior lighting, weather permitting. Working in small groups, students will complete hands-on lighting exercises using professional equipment.

The instructor will introduce you and provide context for the session.
