Beyond the Door: Transforming Office Hours into a Student Success Zone In-Person / Online
This workshop empowers college instructors to transform office hours into dynamic, welcoming spaces that boost student engagement and learning. Participants will explore strategies to overcome attendance barriers, structure effective sessions, and foster inclusive environments, ultimately maximizing the impact of office hours on student success and academic confidence.
