The Office of Diversity and Inclusion and Athletics Department are co-sponsoring this event as a part of their Inclusive Leadership Series on "Kids these day": Relating to Gen Z with Betsy Butterick.

Butterick, known as the Coach's Coach, teaches communication effectiveness and covers topics perceived with Gen Z such as attention spans, accepting criticism, and views on reassurance and validation.  This Inclusive Leadership Series will give insight into why Gen Z are so different from previous generations and will provide tools to better communicate, connect, and coach Gen Z students, student-athletes, and team members.  

Event will be held in the Armstrong Fieldhouse-Miller Boulevard Ballroom, also known as Indoor Performance Center.
