Cooking Class - Vinaigrette - Second Section In-Person
Learn the basics of a Vinaigrette Salad dressing. Experiment with different variations, flavors, spices, ingredients. Prepare a Vinaigrette to take home.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. Meet in Umphrey Lee Dining Hall. Wear closed-toe shoes.
There will be two groups running simultaneously during the first two time slots.
