Cooking Class - SMU Mustang Bread In-Person
Learn the secret to our famous Mustang Bread. Classes are 30 minutes in length. Baking time is 50 minutes. You can return to the bakery 50 minutes after putting your loaf into the ovens to pick it up.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the class. Meet in the Umphrey Lee Dining Hall Bakery. Closed-toe shoes are required. Also, please do not wear excessive jewelry on hands or wrists.
