Cooking Class - Spring Rolls In-Person
We will be learning how to organize and prepare Spring Rolls. We will have a list of ingredients and recipe card to take home, and also a simple sauce for dipping.
** PEANUTS will be present for those with allergies, please communicate with us before, so we can prepare a nut free zone."
Please arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of the class. Classes will be held in the Umphrey Lee Dining Hall. Please wear closed-toe shoes.
