Happy end of the academic year! It is time again for the annual President's Picnic! While the start time may change, we are currently planning on beginning the games at 11:30. The games will continue throughout the event, but food service will shut down at 2pm. So come celebrate the end of the academic year, play a game with a friend, or compete against them, and enjoy some good ol' BBQ. Everything that is served, other than the Mac'n'Cheese, is gluten free! If you need a Veggie Plate, please contact Tiffany Powell (tapowell@smu.edu) at least a week before the event.

Sign up for the games will be done separately. And this year, particpants may only sign up for one game to allow more individuals the opportunity to play. If, at the end of registration, there are still slots open, individuals will be able to sign up for additional games. We will also have a timer on the games to ensure we are able to accommodate everyone who signs up. Games will include: Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Horseshoes, Connect Four, and Chicken Toss. Medals will again be awarded to the winners! 

And remember, Staff Appreciation Week kicks-off immediately after the President's Picnic, so we will have lots of fun and exciting events for staff the week of May 20th.
