ZOOM ONLY: Implementing Hybrid Courses: How they work and why they work, and how to put it all together In-Person / Online
There is a great deal of discussion about online courses in higher education. In this session, SMU Center for Teaching Excellence's Spring 2024 Faculty Affiliate - Dr. John Potter, who has had several hybrid courses approved, will attempt to persuade you to think hybrid, not exclusively asynchronous or synchronous. He will offer some learnings from both successes and failures in these efforts, but more importantly, you will build a hybrid course in your time together.
This session will be offered in Zoom only.
