Stress Management & Test Anxiety In-Person

Stress is inevitable in life, and college students experience different types of stress. Test anxiety is also common among college students, and can negatively affect your grades. But fear not! One of the best ways to decrease stress and test anxiety is to understand that some stress and anxiety is not only normal, it’s beneficial! We just have to manage it so that there isn’t too much.

Attend this workshop to learn about what stress is, how it manifests, and how to recognize and make changes to decrease it. We will also discuss both mental and physical strategies for managing stress and test anxiety.
