SMUSA Holiday of Hope and Toys for Tickets
Holiday of Hope (DCAC) brings a smile to thousands of their client's faces when they provide them with gifts and toys through their annual Holiday of Hope program. DCAC caregivers fill out 'wish list' of what their kiddo(s) would like, and the DCAC elves shop for families in their 'toy store' filled with brand-new items donated by the community (SMU!). Each child receives a reading book, a fuzzy blanket, and 3-4 nice sized gifts. They also provide each family with 1-2 board games.
Help DCAC by donating a new, unwrapped toy in one of the designated locations before December 8th. You can find the list of locations and 'Most Requested Toy List' on the SMUSA website (smu.edu/smusa). You can also get any SMU tickets ($50 or less) dismissed with the donation of a toy!
