2nd Annual Place-Based Community Engagement Symposium In-Person
Join Engage Dallas in partnership with Dedman College Interdisciplinary Institute, Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE), Office of General Education, and Residence Life and Student Housing for the 2nd Annual Place-Based Community Based Symposium. SMU Faculty, Staff, Civic Organizations, Dallas Non-Profit Leaders and Local Municipalities are welcome to attend this event.
This year's theme is Listening, Learning & Leading Locally: A Place-Based Approach to Promoting Public Responsibility & Community Engagement in a Covid-Impacted World.
This event will take place on November 2nd at the SMU Indoor Performance Center and November 3rd at the Dallas College West Dallas Campus.
