Up Close with Lynn Novick: A Special Screening & Student Q&A In-Person
Join us for a rare opportunity to meet acclaimed documentary filmmaker Lynn Novick, the award-winning director and longtime collaborator of Ken Burns behind landmark films including The Vietnam War, Hemingway, and The U.S. and the Holocaust.
Students will experience a special advance screening of Novick’s new PBS documentary series, Crime and Punishment in America, followed by an intimate Q&A with Novick about the film, her career, and the craft of documentary storytelling. The small-group setting will give students a unique opportunity to engage directly with one of America’s most respected documentary filmmakers.
